Sr Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in Design Build Contracting particularly for highend ultraluxury villa and mansion projects The ideal candidate should demonstrate deep expertise in both interior and exterior finishes with a sharp eye for quality cost control and commercial acumen The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Design Build Contracting Companies specifically handling luxury residential projects They should have strong exposure to ultraluxury interiors and exteriors including highspec finishes bespoke detailing and premium materials A proven track record in Project Management Cost Planning and Value Engineering across various project phases is essential The candidate must also be proficient in Concept Design Costing Tender Documentation Bid Proposal Preparation and Post Contract Commercial Management Excellent skills in Subcontractor Management are required including BOQ preparation scope definition claims evaluation and contract administration Familiarity with Suppliers Materials Management including procurement support material takeoffs and market rate analysis is important The candidate must have strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail and project profitability Additionally they should have the ability to collaborate effectively with design procurement and execution teams Qualifications A degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience preferably in the Gulf region Proficiency in cost management software e g Candy Cost X and MS Office Suite A strong understanding of FIDIC and other relevant contract frameworks Quantity Surveyor • United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
