Location: On Site (Dubai)Job Type: Full Time Industry: i Gaming Eligibility: Only Indian Candidates Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the i Gaming industry. This role is responsible for building long-term relationships, optimizing player value, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, performance analysis, and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, a strong understanding of i Gaming products (casino, sportsbook), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and performance updates.Understand clients' business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals.Analyze account performance, player data, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product support, finance) to deliver seamless service.Monitor client activity and behavior to proactively address any issues or opportunities.Negotiate and renew contracts or agreements as needed.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes relevant to your markets.Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews.Requirements: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in client-facing roles, preferably in the i Gaming sector.Strong knowledge of online casino operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and analytics.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
