Bachelor of Commerce (Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: Job Description: (Russian Language & English Proficiency is Must and Ready to join immediately) We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant on behalf of our esteemed client, a well-established Business Management Consultancy based in Dubai for over 15 years. Responsibilities include overseeing financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Tasks involve daily accounting activities such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and recording payments and adjustments. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Assist the Accounts Manager in all areas of financial operations, including data entry, payroll, accounts receivable/payable Record day-to-dayfinancial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger Undertake general administrative and clerical duties Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems Assist with administrative inquiries and discrepancies Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring they are up to date Input data accurately onto ZOHO, Quick Books, Xero Desired Candidate Profile: Requirements and skills: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Proven bookkeeping experience (Minimum: 2-5 years in UAE) Experience handling VAT, Audit, & Corporate Tax (Minimum: 2-5 years in UAE) Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel) and ZOHO Books and CRM accounting software Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) High accuracy and attention to detail Immediate availability and must be in Dubai Company Industry: Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area: Accounts Taxation Audit Company Secretary Keywords: Senior Accountant Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to connect jobseekers & employers.
