Senior Principal Process Engineer

About The Role As a Senior Principal Process Engineer, you will provide leadership and expert advice on the delivery of water infrastructure and SWRO desalination projects across the Middle East region. This role also offers an opportunity to manage projects ensuring their commercial success.Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Treatment Practice Leadership for ISMA (includes water/wastewater treatment and SWRO desalination): Keep up to date with technological developments; align domain knowledge with client needs; network with global and regional practice leaders; provide technical support to account leaders, bid managers, and project teams.Technical Delivery: Lead and support water infrastructure projects in ISMA and globally, managing delivery teams in advisory, design, and site investigations.Resource Management: Support recruitment and resource allocation, including bid and project team formation, skills development, and availability of specialty resources.Client Engagement: Assist Account Leaders in client interactions from decision to capture through bid submission and project delivery.Bid Management: Oversee bid processes, including team assembly, financial modeling, risk evaluation, legal and commercial engagement, and bid presentation preparation.Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in utility service delivery and contribute to strategic planning for MME.Project Management: Ensure project delivery within scope and budget, compliance, change management, and collaboration with resource and account leaders for successful outcomes.Candidate specifications Extensive experience in water/wastewater treatment project lifecycle, including desalination.Reputation in the water/wastewater treatment sector, especially desalination.Specialist knowledge of advanced treatment technologies and sector trends.Experience in developing innovative, sustainable solutions considering emerging technologies and efficiency.Proficiency in technical deliverables such as process studies, design calculations, modeling, audits, and specifications.Design management experience.Ability to market services and lead strategic bids.Proven client relationship skills and effective communication abilities.Willingness to travel within the MME region.Our Purpose At Mott Mac Donald, we aim to improve society by integrating social outcomes, excellence, and digital innovation into our work, transforming clients' businesses, communities, and opportunities for our employees.Equality, Diversity and Inclusion We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.Flexible Working We support work-life balance and are open to flexible working arrangements, discussed at interview stage.We Can Offer90 days paid maternity leave Competitive annual leave Annual professional subscription Performance-based annual bonus Location(s)Abu Dhabi, AE; Dubai, AE; Riyadh, SAContract Type Permanent Work Pattern Full Time Market Water Discipline Water Job Ref4129Recruiter Contactiustina Blidariu #J-18808-Ljbffr
