Demand Planner Emirati Talent

As a Material Planner at Halcon, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and adequate supply of materials to support the production schedule and maintain optimal inventory levels. You will play a key role in managing production inputs, tracking inventory flows, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prevent material shortages and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and oversee the adequate supply of materials consistent with production schedules to ensure efficient flow of operations. Create purchase requisitions based on demand projections to meet production and customer delivery timelines. Analyze supply trends and customer demand to develop and maintain an optimized inventory plan. Conduct inventory checks and audits to validate accuracy against defined target levels. Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast potential supply chain disruptions; adjust or cancel schedules accordingly. Utilize SAP to manage planning processes and ensure accurate data entry and flow within the ERP system. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, etc.) to align on material status, engineering changes, and quality issues. Prepare and distribute regular statistical reports to stakeholders on inventory status and performance indicators. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce material waste. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. 5-8 years of material planning and scheduling experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects. Proficiency in SAP and strong understanding of ERP-based planning systems. Preferred: 4+ years of regional and industry-related experience. Experienced SAP user in Material Planning.
