We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include : Marketing Management - Work closely with senior management and advice regarding marketing potentials related to branding and the Bank’s image creating potential marketing scenarios and the annual business plan for the Marketing Services department to ensure alignment with the overall Bank’s strategy. Respond to short term requests for promotional and marketing activities, plan the marketing budget and monitor the budget utilization along with the designing, development and implementation of the marketing programs to ensure alignment with the required standards Marketing Plans - Develop and manage the strategic marketing plan for the organization in order to contribute in the planning, development and implementation stages of annual marketing calendar for various business areas. Monitor the competition marketing and analyze the trends in order to report it to the management executive members as required. Monitor and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to different groups within the organization to ensure alignment with the agreed process.People Management - Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance, engagement and motivation.Budget Management - Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation.Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programs and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment.Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service. Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.The ideal candidate should have the following experience At least 9 years of experience in a marketing environment in the Financial Services sector managing strategy, programme design and roll outs.Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Branding, Marketing or any related discipline.An excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required.Familiarity with managing service level agreements and working within standard operating procedures is essential.Excellent communication skills are required.A good command of MS office is required.A knowledge of written and spoken Arabic is desirable.What we offer : Competitive Salary : The indicative pay range for this role is AED 47000– AED 70000 per month.
