As a Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the entire hotel operations, focusing on Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, and F&B Representing hotel management in interactions with guests and external parties such as clients, government officials, suppliers, and the local community Assisting in developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing, budgeting, and setting goals to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability Monitoring quality assurance programs related to guest satisfaction and online reputation Resolving customer complaints appropriately Training and developing the Rooms Division and F&B colleagues Managing hotel personnel through supervision of department heads Monitoring industry trends and ensuring the execution of competitive programs Conducting inspections and ensuring facilities are maintained properly Enforcing emergency procedures for guest and staff safety Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations Establishing effective communication and teamwork structures Supporting other departments and maintaining positive employer relationships Monitoring purchasing practices for policy compliance Adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies Participating in selling the hotel through market engagement Implementing environmentally friendly practices as per policies and local laws Skills, Education & Qualifications Ideal candidates will hold a degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited institution, with prior experience in a similar role or hotel operations. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
