Growth-Stage SMEThe Opportunity A high-growth, independently owned wealth management firm is seeking a commercially minded Finance Director to join its leadership team. This is a strategic position designed for a qualified accountant who wants to drive financial operations, support business expansion across multiple jurisdictions, and grow into a future CFO position in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What You’ll Be Doing Oversee internal finance operations (reporting, payments, cash flow, reconciliations)Liaise with third-party accountants and auditors on statutory accounts and compliance Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling to support growth initiatives Produce management accounts and board-ready performance reports Support M&A initiatives, international structuring, and regulatory projects Contribute to building scalable financial systems and controls Collaborate directly with founders and senior management on commercial strategy Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)5–10 years of experience in finance roles, ideally in scale-up or financial services environments Strong technical reporting and forecasting skills; audit coordination experience preferred Proficient with accounting systems (e.g. Xero) and financial modelling Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and hands-on with strategic mindset Clear ambition to step into a CFO role over the next 2–3 years Dubai-based or willing to relocate; full-time office presence required What’s on Offer Structured pathway to CFOStrategic seat at the table of an ambitious cross-border financial firm Exposure to international markets, institutional-grade platforms, and multi-jurisdictional structuring Opportunity to shape the finance engine behind a fast-growing business If you're looking for a high-impact finance role with long-term growth potential, we’d love to hear from you.
