This pivotal leadership role requires a digitally-savvy financial strategist who thrives in high-stakes environments and is passionate about building robust, scalable systems that empower organizational growth.We’re not looking for someone to maintain the status quo; we want a finance leader who will transform it.Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance Leadership Oversee the end-to-end finance function across AX Capital.Guide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling.Advise executive leadership on financial strategy, capital structure, and investment planning.System and Process Innovation Review current finance operations, transitioning from Excel dependency to modern ERP platforms.Drive automation, reporting accuracy, and team efficiency.Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow tightly to navigate short-term constraints and position the company for sustainable growth.Oversee cost control and working capital optimization initiatives.Team Leadership Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team aligned with AX Capital’s growth trajectory.Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For Proven experience as Finance Director or in a senior finance role.Strong track record in real estate, brokerage, fintech, or high-growth environments.Experience with ERP implementation and finance system modernization.Advanced knowledge of financial modelling, IFRS, compliance, and regulatory reporting.Experience in cash flow management, capital raising, and IPO preparation.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (essential); Master’s/MBA preferred.Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA) are highly desirable.UAE experience is strongly preferred.Ideal Candidate Profile Hands-on, modern finance leadership experience.Digitally fluent, agile, and decisive; comfortable with change and confident under pressure.Commercially sharp, able to advise at board level while staying close to the numbers.Confident communicator who can earn trust across investors, stakeholders, and internal teams.Hungry to make a lasting impact and lead a company through transformation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
