We have a history of innovation, from Almulla Plaza, the first mixed-use property in Dubai in 1978, to launching the region’s first AI healthcare research center in collaboration with Cerner.Responsibilities: Assist in preparing quarterly consolidated financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and policies.Post and manage journal vouchers (JVs), ensuring proper documentation and timely entries.Oversee monthly payroll processing, coordinating with HR for accuracy and statutory compliance.Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly, investigating and resolving discrepancies.Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial report preparation.Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity and financial health.Prepare and update investment summary reports, tracking returns and variances.Assist in audit planning and documentation, responding to auditor queries.Perform financial analysis and reporting to aid management decision-making.Undertake ad hoc tasks, reports, and projects as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
