Job Description: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles, following established procedures.Handle guests' luggage and assist with loading/unloading as needed.Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area.Provide directions and information about resort facilities and services.Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.Follow safety protocols and guidelines for vehicle handling.Report any vehicle damages or issues promptly.Assist with special requests and guest inquiries.Qualifications: Previous valet parking or customer service experience is preferred but not required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Professional and well-groomed appearance.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.Physical fitness to handle luggage and move vehicles safely.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
