Connectivity Centre Agent

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion plans, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Connectivity Centre Agent to join the One Only team at The One Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be responsible for handling all calls, both internal and external, in an efficient and courteous manner, providing high personalized service and attention to detail as per the standards of the One Only project. Your role includes creating a favorable image of One Only The Palm to the public via telephonic interactions and assisting in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner to ensure the proper functioning of the Call Center as the central communication point of the resort. The agent anticipates the needs of guests, including pre-arrival journeys, and executes all requests promptly. You will be instrumental in creating an environment that delivers service second to none by consistently seeking opportunities to create memorable experiences and build relationships. Suitable candidates will report directly to the Guest Experience Manager. They must be highly qualified, with at least 12 years of experience in a similar role within upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels. Candidates should have a customer service and reservations background, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, along with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or other languages, is essential. Computer literacy, including relevant software and experience with Opera systems, is required. Middle East GCC experience is an advantage.
