You will bring proven experience across a wide range of fa ade systems and construction methodologies, including stick and unitized curtain wall systems, skylights, windows and doors, cladding systems (stone, concrete, aluminum), balustrades, and lightweight structural elements.We are looking for forward-thinking designers who are passionate about developing innovative fa ade solutions that respond to evolving industry demands. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of fa ade design from concept to documentation and delivery ensuring technical quality, compliance, and performance across every stage.You will collaborate closely with our growing fa ade team and work alongside multidisciplinary GHD teams on high-profile projects that demand both creativity and technical precision.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and design teams during concept and tender phases, providing expert technical input and ensuring high-quality fa ade design solutions.Lead design reviews to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and alignment with architectural vision and performance standards. Experience working in the UAE is essential.Experience working in the office and on site.Expert in Auto CAD, Revit and Rhino.Sound knowledge in fa ade systems and design and relevant codes and standards.Strong track record of working cross-functionally within a complex matrix organization.Experience in forming strong and collaborative relationships with team members across different regions and focus areas.Ability to hand sketch and present ideas during meetings and presentations.Meticulous attention to detail with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Strong time management skills and ability to deal effectively with changes and unexpected problems and issues.Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.This job offer is based in our Abu Dhabi office Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
