Showroom Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and design-savvy Showroom Manager to lead our flagship showroom in Dubai, specializing in premium Italian-themed interior furnishings and décor. This role combines operational excellence, client-facing sales, and deep design literacy to offer a seamless luxury retail experience from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities: Showroom Operations Oversee daily operations, ensuring showroom presentation reflects the brand’s Italian luxury identity.Maintain immaculate product displays, seasonal themes, and inventory standards.Manage supplier coordination for restocking, installations, and display rotations.Ensure showroom ambiance, cleanliness, and layout aligns with premium hospitality standards.Lead end-to-end client consultations, from initial walk-in to project closure.Develop tailored furnishing solutions in collaboration with in-house designers.Educate clients on Italian design elements, materials, craftsmanship, and finishes.Build and maintain relationships with HNW clients, architects, and developers.Manage, train, and motivate showroom staff to ensure excellent customer service.Set and track individual and team KPIs aligned with sales and service objectives.Schedule staffing and workflow in line with peak retail hours and appointments.Design & Brand Alignment Coordinate with visual merchandisers and marketing for thematic displays and launches.Stay updated on Italian interior trends and translate them into showroom concepts.Ensure alignment with the brand’s identity across product storytelling and client experiences.Administrative & Reporting Monitor daily sales, inventory movements, and client feedback.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion ratios.Ensure compliance with Dubai retail regulations and company standards.Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury retail or interior furnishing showrooms; Italian or European design exposure is highly preferred.Skills: Deep understanding of Italian interiors, finishes, furniture lines, and styling principles. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Fluent in English; Arabic or Italian is an advantage.
