We also help strengthen the Middle East’s tech ecosystem by providing collaboration opportunities and access to key services including state-of-the-art lab testing and a library of patented tech products.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our CEO's initiatives, combining strategic oversight with operational excellence. This role will serve as a key advisor to our Leadership teams while managing critical initiatives and ensuring effective execution of strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with Practice Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives across regions Drive operational excellence through performance tracking and metrics-driven decision making Manage quarterly/annual business planning processes and strategic reviews Create and maintain executive-level reporting and communications Program Management: Lead PMO function for major transformation initiatives in the office of the CEOEstablish governance structures and decision-making frameworks Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across teams Business Operations: Experience driving operational efficiencies using AI, RPA, or digital transformation tools Oversee practice operations, including resource allocation and utilization Develop and monitor performance metrics and financial targets Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Manage stakeholder communications and engagement Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience years Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority This position offers an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and shape the strategic direction of a leading professional services organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
