If you’re a self-starter with the network, grit, and drive to open doors and close deals, this is where you belong.What You’ll Do: Build and manage strategic partnerships with Systems Integrators (SIs) and key players in the region Own the sales pipeline — drive both quick wins and long-term strategic deals Be the market voice — feed insights back to presales and tech teams to refine offerings Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and GTM campaigns Represent NCINGA at key regional events and drive post-event conversion with the global team Expand into new territories and verticals in line with our GTM strategy Track, learn, and optimize — continuously improving pipeline quality and deal velocity KPIs That Matter: Revenue from net-new accounts Pipeline build speed and sales conversion rates Accurate projections and timely payment collections What You’ll Bring: 5+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in software, cybersecurity, or AI-driven solution sales Strong experience in B2B consultative selling, account planning, and value-based sales A deep network in the MENA region — and the drive to activate it Fluency in Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage Based in Dubai or open to relocation within the UAEWhy NCINGA?At NCINGA, we don’t sell products — we co-create futures with our clients.
