Our mission is to deliver innovative solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with user-friendly experiences Position overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and execution in Vietnam. This role demands an entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in mobile and/or Fin Tech markets, who can build and grow strong commercial partnerships, drive revenue, and manage full P&L responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the commercial strategy across both mobile devices and Fin Tech verticals in Vietnam.Lead end-to-end B2B cycle management with telecom operators, distributors, and retail partners.Drive client acquisition, onboarding, and conversion into long-term commercial relationships.Provide weekly performance reports covering revenue, expenses, KPIs, and client pipeline status.Prepare and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) model for the Vietnam project.KPIs & Reporting: Weekly reporting on: Revenue and expenses Cash flow and pipeline performance KPI tracking against targets Milestones: By August 1: Minimum of 10 active paying clients onboarded.Monthly commercial action plans with deadlines and defined deliverables.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior commercial roles, preferably within the mobile or Fin Tech sectors.In-depth knowledge of Vietnams retail and digital financial ecosystem.Demonstrated success in launching new products or projects from scratch.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.Career growth opportunities.INOI is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
