Diversity…About the role : We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer & Partnership Manager who will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business opportunities while forging strategic partnerships and building lasting relationships with new clients and partners. Your contributions will enhance up Grad’s market presence and drive revenue growth.Contract : Full Time (Monday to Friday)Location : Dubai, UAEWho we are : up Grad is Asia’s largest integrated platform for learning, skilling, and career development, serving over 10 million learners across more than 100 countries. Our network includes over 2,500 alumni from the GCC region, with 1000 based in Dubai. We partner with 300 universities globally, maintain relationships with over 20,000 recruitment partners, serve 3,000 corporate clients and partner with top Subject Matter Experts from the region. Our programs, designed primarily for working professionals, have a commendable completion rate of nearly 90%. Up Grad is Headquartered in India, with branch offices across Singapore, Vietnam, USA, UK and Australia.Responsibilities : Conduct extensive cold & warm outreach via email, phone, and Linked In to generate new leads and establish contact with prospective clients Extensive travel across Dubai and other emirates to meet potential clients in person Proactively research and identify potential partners and clients within sectors that would fall under the target group Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and secure new partnerships across the region Establish and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners and key clients Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service Lead negotiations with prospective partners and clients by crafting compelling proposals and presentations Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and partners, ensuring smooth integration across teams Monitor industry trends and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to senior management Qualifications and experience required : 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for candidates who have also worked as a partnership manager and possess experience in Edtech or education sectors in the UAEDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work independently with an owners mindset Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in market research and CRM tools like Hubspot Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English along with Arabic speaking / writing skills also preferred Exceptional organizational abilities Must be legally permitted to work within the United Arab Emirates.Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Business Development, Sales, and Education E-Learning Providers and Higher Education Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at up Grad International by 2x Get notified about new Partnerships Specialist jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
