As we grow, we are looking for a trusted financial professional to build and manage the backbone of our financial and legal operations.We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Officerto take full ownership of our internal financial operations. This role involves handlingpayroll, accounting, cash flow management, invoicing, vendor payments, and ensuring compliance withlegal and regulatoryobligations in the UAE. You'll work closely with the management team to support strategic planning and daily operations.Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using accounting software Prepare monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement Issue and track client invoices and agent commissions Handle VAT filings, tax submissions, and compliance with UAE financial regulations Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, and petty cash Liaise with external auditors, legal counsel, banks, and government entities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management Monitor and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning Assist in drafting contracts, MOUs, and managing legal documentation Ensure timely license renewals, visa tracking, and general administrative compliance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (real estate industry is a plus)Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, tax (VAT), and compliance requirements Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, Zoho Books, or similar)High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)Must bebased in Dubaiand available to work on-site full-time Job Title: Finance Officer Location: Dubai, UAE (On-Site)Type: Full-Time Company: Antari Properties About Antari Properties Antari Properties is a fast-growing real estate startup based in the heart of Dubai, dedicated to redefining the property investment experience.
