Relationship Manager - Small Business Finance This role is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with SBF clients to fulfill their banking requirements. The Relationship Manager will enhance customer relationships through regular planned meetings, identify opportunities for cross-selling, and improve service quality.Key Accountabilities of the role: Achieve revenue targets and manage expenses to ensure profitability.Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, loan/financing repayment performance, delinquency rates, and customer retention.Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and codes of conduct.Metrics include the number of valid customer complaints, percentage of delinquent customers, and customer exits due to financial crime compliance reasons.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Good knowledge of ADIB's Business Banking products & services.Experience in credit analysis and appraisal techniques, including risk, business, and financial analysis.Understanding of ADIB's operational policies and procedures.Knowledge of Business Relationship Management and UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other authorities.General awareness of competitors in the local market.Excellent knowledge of service standards.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
