This all-rounder role requires someone who can handle everything from concept development and filming to livestream management and editing, with a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency space. You’ll be driving the full video lifecycle—from ideation and execution to optimization—while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring high-quality output that builds our brand and drives engagement.Main Responsibilities1. End-to-End Video Production & Editing Plan, script, shoot, and edit a wide range of content: interviews, explainers, campaign trailers, short-form reels, product demos, AMAs, and more.Develop visually compelling narratives that communicate complex crypto concepts in an engaging and simple way.Own the editing process from raw footage to polished videos optimized for You Tube, social media, and internal use.2. Livestream Management Lead the planning and execution of livestreams including product launches, webinars, and community events.Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure seamless setup, streaming, and post-production.Monitor livestream performance and engagement data to inform continuous improvement.Build and execute a video content roadmap aligned with brand and campaign goals.Propose creative formats and series to elevate Bybit’s presence across digital platforms.Keep up with trends in crypto content, video storytelling, and platform algorithms to maintain relevance and innovation.4. Technical & Operational Excellence Manage video assets efficiently using internal systems and project management tools.Maintain and upgrade filming and livestream equipment in the SG office.Assist with internal video requests such as red packet events, livestream overlays, or motion assets as needed.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in film, media, production, communications, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in video production, livestreaming, and editing across diverse content types.Strong technical know-how of livestream tools (e.g., OBS, Streamyard) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Capable of juggling multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex crypto/fintech topics into digestible content.Experience working independently and in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Lark, and project management systems.Bonus: Prior experience or strong interest in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.This position is based in Singapore Who We Are Bybit is a cryptocurrency exchange established in March 2018 to offer a professional platform where crypto traders can find an ultra-fast matching engine, excellent customer service and multilingual community support.
