They serve as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues and have proficiency in analytical processes to carry out tasks. They provide solutions to atypical problems based on precedents or procedures, directly impacting team quality.Responsibilities: Expedite suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and documentation per Purchase Orders, following expediting procedures.Understand project schedules and critical activities, communicating confidently with suppliers and stakeholders.Issue daily and weekly expediting reports.Coordinate with other departments for document review and approval.Update the company system and distribute reports to project teams and suppliers.Follow up with sub-suppliers to facilitate progress.Coordinate expediting issues with project disciplines.Escalate concerns appropriately.Identify and perform field expediting visits.Coordinate logistics and shipments.Close out issues related to over, short, and damaged items.Ensure timely resolution of supplier invoice issues and follow up on payments.Assist with purchase order closeout.Maintain professional communication with project management, clients, and suppliers, respecting confidentiality.Complete meetings, investigations, follow-ups, and documentation thoroughly and timely.Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or HSD/GED/IGCSE, or 2 years of relevant experience.1-6 years of relevant experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.About Us: Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
