The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of both platforms while supporting development and operational teams.Key Responsibilities: My SQL Administration: • Install, configure, and maintain My SQL databases (including replication and clustering).• Perform regular database backups, recovery, and performance tuning.• Monitor and optimize query performance and database resource utilization.• Manage user access, permissions, and database security.• Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.Windows Server Administration: • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.• Apply security patches, update, and perform system upgrades.• Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability.• Handle server backups, disaster recovery, and incident response.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• 3+ years of experience in My SQL database administration.• 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments.• Proficiency with scripting (e.g., Power Shell, Bash) for automation tasks.• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.• Analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent communication and documentation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Commitment to security best practices.Certifications (Preferred): #J-18808-Ljbffr
