Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for one of our prestigious clients in Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general commercial contracts and a solid understanding of UAE law . While the jurisdiction of legal qualification is flexible, preference will be given to candidates with law firm experience .Key Responsibilities : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.Advise on compliance with UAE laws and regulations relevant to commercial operations.Provide strategic legal guidance on business transactions and corporate matters.Support internal departments with legal risk assessment and contract management.Liaise with external counsel where necessary.Requirements : Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial law.Proven understanding of UAE legal framework.Law firm experience preferred.Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications : Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a plus.Regional Middle East experience is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
