This role is ideal for professionals experienced in Civil 3D who can lead BIM coordination, manage modeling standards, and support multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.Job Details Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Civil Engineering Function: Civil & Structural Engineering Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Open Candidate Current Location: Open Job Type: Full Time What You ll Do* Coordinate BIM workflows for infrastructure projects including roads, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems* Manage Civil 3D models, corridor designs, subassemblies, and pipe networks* Customize assemblies and templates to meet specific project needs and local authority standards* Enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and client specifications* Facilitate clash detection using Navisworks and lead resolution efforts across design disciplines* Ensure modeling accuracy, adherence to coordinate systems, and multidisciplinary alignment* Prepare and update Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP)* Support QA/QC on BIM deliverables and participate in audits and model reviews* Collaborate with engineering, GIS, and CAD teams to streamline model production and data integrity Ideal Profile* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field* At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for infrastructure projects* Advanced skills in Autodesk Civil 3D, including corridor modeling, surfaces, grading, and utilities* Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level of Development (LOD)* Proficiency with Navisworks for clash detection and design coordination* Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Project Wise* Strong organizational and documentation skills for BIM planning and data management Why Join Us* Join a global leader in infrastructure design and digital delivery* Work on major transport and infrastructure programs across Dubai and the GCC* Collaborate with top-tier civil engineers and digital delivery experts* Enjoy career advancement, technical training, and a diverse, inclusive workplace Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
