BIM Design Lead - ELV

We are seeking a BIM Modeler for ELV systems with experience in design development using Revit, BIM 360, and Auto CAD for Commercial, Hospitality, and Mixed-use projects.Key Responsibilities: Create and coordinate 3D BIM models using Revit and other software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max).Conduct design coordination, including reviews, comments, and RFIs.Understand project requirements and develop models accordingly.Ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.Produce accurate drawings and extract data based on the BIM platform.Work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.Strong proficiency in Revit and relevant software.Excellent multitasking abilities.Immediate availability preferred.Ideally located in Dubai.Competitive salary and health insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
