Based in ADGM, Abu Dhabi Are you an experienced Invoicing Accountant with a background in oil and gas trading? If so, we want to hear from you!Location: ADGM, Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days a week Contract Duration: One year renewable About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Invoicing Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing processes related to international oil and gas trading transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting using SAP.Key Responsibilities Generate, validate, and issue customer invoices related to oil and gas trades Ensure accurate billing in line with contractual terms and delivery documentation Reconcile billing data with SAP and trading documentation Work closely with traders, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies Support month-end closing and reporting related to invoicing and receivables Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an invoicing or accounting role within the oil and gas trading sector Strong working knowledge of SAP (SD/MM/FICO modules preferred)Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer A dynamic work environment in the heart of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM)Competitive salary and benefits package Career development opportunities in a fast-paced trading environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
