Join our dynamic Colleague Experience (CX) Team as a Reception Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our colleagues throughout their employment journey.As the first point of contact for HR, you’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering real-time solutions and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. From managing the HR Service Centre to coordinating onboarding programs, your professionalism and attention to detail will directly impact colleague satisfaction and engagement.Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Service Delivery Greet and assist colleagues at the HR Service Centre with warmth and professionalism.Provide accurate information and support across HR policies and processes.Handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.Maintain a welcoming and solution-oriented environment.HR Operations & Administration Manage the HR Operations inbox and process colleague lifecycle changes.Maintain accurate data in HCM systems and personnel files.Apply for government approvals and update systems like Kronos.Generate PRs, liaise with Finance and Procurement, and manage inventories.Colleague Induction & Engagement Lead parts of the Colleague Induction Program.Ensure new joiners understand their rights, responsibilities, and HR procedures.Office & Resource Management Monitor and maintain stationery and giveaway stock levels.Support budget tracking and resource planning.Team Collaboration Work flexibly across CX streams, supporting team goals.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of HR experience with strong administrative and customer service skills.A personable, empathetic, and adaptable team player.Proficiency in MS Office; Oracle HRMS and multilingual skills are a plus!High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma Bonus: Postsecondary education in HR or related field Ready to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about people, service, and creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported and valued — we’d love to hear from you.
