Electrical Estimation Draftsman

Prepare and modify electrical drawings such as SLDs wiring layouts lighting earthing and cable routing using Auto CAD.Review tender/IFC drawings and extract quantities for electrical BOQ.Assist estimation engineers in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids.Perform material take-offs and prepare detailed quantity sheets.Cross-check drawing specifications and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for clarification on material specs and drawings.Maintain drawing logs revision history and ensure up-to-date documentation.Qualifications : Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.35 years of relevant experience in estimation and drafting in Oil & Gas construction projects in the UAE or GCC.Proficient in Auto CAD MS Excel and basic estimation tools.Good knowledge of UAE standards DEWA/ADNOC/SEWA specifications.Experience in preparing cable schedules load schedules and panel schedules.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quantity estimation.Good communication and coordination skills.Additional Information : Knowledge of electrical codes such as IEC NEC.Familiarity with estimation software (e.g. CCS Candy or similar) is an advantage.Remote Work : No Employment Type : Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
