BIM Technician III

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects in the region.Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverables Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality control Develop and maintain BIM standards templates and best practices Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAELead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM technology and advanced technical work Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Auto CAD and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of construction processes building systems and industry standards Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred)Certification in BIM technology (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred)Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIMAdditional Information : About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
