Sr. Project Controls Engineer / Change management and Claims Direct message the job poster from Binladin Contracting Group The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the change management and claims processes, with a strong focus on Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and contractual risk management. This role demands solid expertise in contract administration, particularly under FIDIC and other international/local contract frameworks, alongside robust knowledge in cost control and project planning.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely identification and management of potential delays, as well as the preparation and defense of claims. You will play a key role in maintaining project integrity, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and safeguarding the commercial interests of the company.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITESInitiate and control the change management process in full coordination with all key departments and action makers.Maintain records and prepare all contractual correspondences and notifications that affect the project schedule and for potential delay events.Undertake all the required delay analysis process to substantiate claims Prepare Extension of Time (Eo T) Claim for submission to the Engineer/Employer and attend workshops with the Engineer in the evaluation and determination of Eo T claims.Advise project team for any early warning regarding potential delay events.
