Al-Bahar Background Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar founded in 1937, is a leading business house in the Arabian Gulf with a vision to become the number one provider of customer value in construction equipment, energy and transportation, and materials handling industry.Al-Bahar are dealers of Cat machinery, heavy equipment and power systems for a wide variety of applications, including earthmoving, building and construction, mining, road making construction, demolition, waste and scrap handling, electric power generation, marine propulsion etc.More than 2,000 committed employees, Al-Bahar offers a highly engaging and supportive work environment in a culture that values, recognizes and rewards quality performance.Our Human Resources Critical Success Factors are: Continue to build and strengthen intellectual capital by hiring and retaining quality people, rewarding performance, and providing them with growth opportunities.Job Summary: As a MS Dynamics Developer, you will work on the MS Dynamics solutions, support our business in the day-to-day activities, and you will work closely with our internal teams to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs.Job Responsibilities: Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the D365 environments: Production, UAT and Development.Work with internal and external partners to develop and deploy quality enhancements in accordance with industry best practices and company processes; solutions will include D365 modifications, reporting and integrations with legacy applications.Ability to independently lead technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with current business objectives and the application landscape.Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes.Assist in the supporting applications, features, functions, systems and in the configuration, updates, and upgrades to D365.Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business units and end users against business requirements.Partner with internal and external support teams to resolve any D365 issues or bugs.Provide end user guidance, documentation and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems, and questions.Product brand & Al-Bahar image Promote and conduct business professionally in order to protect the integrity of Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.Company policies & procedures Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standing instructions and other company policies.Develop and maintain a filing system.QHSE policy & procedures Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to maintain a hazard and incident free environment.Promote awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work.Educational & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365 - Essential5 to 7 years of experience in IT.5 years of experience in D365 F&O (formerly AX) development.Must have experience in several modules with great focus on HR and Finance modules.Experience in relational Databases, SQL and Data modelling.Experience in Azure infrastructure, capabilities, and cloud basics.Skills, Knowledge & Ability: Excellent analytical, communication and technical skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, & Power Automate.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
