As we continue to scale our operations in the UAE, we are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our high-performing team.Only candidates with prior UAE experience as a Business Setup Advisor will be considered. Applications without relevant experience will not be shortlisted.Role Overview We are hiring a Business Setup Advisor to support our clients in establishing their businesses across various UAE jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of proven experience in the UAE business setup industry, with a deep understanding of company formation procedures in mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities Client Consultation• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries• Assess client requirements and provide tailored business setup solutions Business Formation Advisory• Advise on appropriate jurisdictions, legal structures, and licensing options• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Client Relationship Management• Deliver outstanding support during and after the company setup process• Keep up-to-date with UAE business laws, government regulations, and jurisdictional changes• Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu is mandatory• Knowledge of Arabic, French, or other languages is a plus Required Qualifications• Mandatory: 2–3 years of UAE-based experience as a Business Setup Advisor• Strong understanding of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation• Proven track record in sales and closing deals• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player Interested in joining a results-driven team at Starting Zone?
