As a Business Set-up Advisor, you will assist individuals or organizations in the process of establishing their new business license. Your primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support to ensure that clients can achieve their business goals while complying with all the legal and regulatory requirements.If you are passionate, enthusiastic, and ambitious, and are based in Dubai, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: Generating and managing incoming sales inquiries from different sources like phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients, and referrals.Follow up with new and existing clients and update status on the CRM.Educating clients with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions.Attending events and business networks to maximize sales from other channels aside from the marketing leads.Training and developing business set-up firms/new consultants to maximize the number of sales in the market.Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to ensure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.Achieving monthly sales targets.CRM management for sales.In-depth product knowledge and competition packages.Providing monthly reports on the number of sales vs number of leads received.Coordinating between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate client requirements.Analyzing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors.Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the client from sign up until closure.Maintaining high conversion rates.Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees.Providing straightforward, transparent, and accurate information related to the requirements of the client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
