We're Hiring: Internal YARDI Lead (Techno-Functional, Team Lead Level) Location: Global Village

Full-time We are seeking an experienced Internal YARDI Lead to drive the delivery and management of our YARDI ecosystem and related real estate technology initiatives. This critical role bridges business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring that our YARDI solutions deliver measurable value across Residential, Commercial, and Finance functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead YARDI project execution, configuration, testing, and go-live readiness. Manage integration with ERP, CRM, BI tools, and ensure seamless technical delivery. Provide functional analysis, support, training, and process documentation. Oversee vendor activities, data migration, and system upgrades. Act as the go-to SME for YARDI across the organization. Required Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of hands-on YARDI experience (implementation, configuration, support). Strong expertise in YARDI Voyager modules (Residential, Commercial, AP/AR, GL, Budgeting). Proficiency in SQL, YSR, SSRS, and data analysis. Experience with Salesforce integrations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Ability to lead workshops and drive cross-functional alignment. Preferred: YARDI API/integration experience Knowledge of property development, leasing, FM processes Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Informatica, Salesforce PMP/Agile certification (nice to have) Note: Only candidates who meet the required qualifications will be contacted.
