This experience will help you understand and serve clients from different regions, expanding the company's presence in new markets and positively impacting the business.We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to be part of our Global Finance Team.Role Overview As a Finance Manager at Noventiq, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights, ensure accurate reporting, and improve operational efficiency.Your Impact on the Mission Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accuracy of financial data.Collaborate with departments for comprehensive budgeting and forecasting.Analyze historical financial data and market trends to refine future projections.Monitor budget performance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.Provide financial analysis and scenario modeling for long-term planning.Review and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Highlight key performance metrics and profitability through detailed analyses.Conduct variance analyses to identify optimization opportunities.Take ownership of monthly management reporting and profitability analysis by departments.Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing insights on forecasts and profitability drivers.Collaborate with business leaders to improve performance via financial insights.Support investor and shareholder reporting in coordination with the finance team.Facilitate audits by providing necessary documentation.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Support automation initiatives to streamline finance operations.What You’ll Bring to the Table – About You Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA, or MBA preferred.Experience consolidating financials under IFRS and other GAAPs for multi-entity, multi-country organizations.Advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.6+ years in FP&A, IT finance, or finance business partnering, ideally in a global, tech-driven environment.Strong expertise in analyzing financial statements for actionable insights.Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, matrix organizations.How to Apply If interested, click the application button or email your CV to the TA Team.
