Associate, Investments & Asset Management

One of the largest Global Asset Managers based in Dubai Responsibilities: Build and analyse complex valuation models Assist with preparation of high-quality investment committee presentation materials and other supporting documents in a clear concise manner Be involved in various due diligence work streams as requested Contribute to research on market trends, sector dynamics, transactions including recent acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, etc.For dispositions, assist with submitting and managing information into data room for buyer due diligence Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate the completion of quarterly and annual business plans, including board reports, operating and capital budgets, cash flow and return projections Present financial metrics to executive leadership on the performance of the real estate portfolio and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding the business plan for individual assets Craft high level leasing strategy for the real estate portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives Lead necessary research to support business plans and decision making Prepare diligence information for financings and dispositions.Work with investment and portfolio management teams during the valuation process for existing and prospective investments Strategic oversight of ground-up development projects Minimum Requirements: Strong academic pedigree Economic or business designation with experience in financial analysis, transaction execution and corporate finance.2 to 5 years of work experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking or other relevant areas from a top tier investment bank or large asset manager Real Estate or other tangible asset sector experience preferred Very strong analytical and financial modelling skills The start date is no later than March 2025 - you must be in a position from a notice period, bonus payout and potential relocation perspective to start in Dubai in March 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
