This role involves leading a team of professionals, including Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, reporting to the Project Director. You will oversee the successful management and delivery of multiple projects through all stages from Design to Construction and Defects Liability Period.What You'll Be Doing: Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Project Managers, and report to the Project Director.Manage project delivery and support the Employer in resolving issues affecting Cost, Time, and Quality.Supervise Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers.Attend meetings with Stakeholders, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and others.Review and approve Technical, Commercial, and Planning Contractor Submittals.Provide solutions to project issues impacting Cost, Time, and Quality.What Required Skills You'll Bring: Minimum of 22 years of experience in relevant works (roads, bridges, tunnels, infrastructure).Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.Fluent in English, preferably with knowledge of Arabic.What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Proactive and problem-solving mindset.Excellent writing and presentation skills.Parsons values diversity and equal opportunity at all job levels, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.We invest in our employees' wellbeing and offer endless growth opportunities.
