Infrastructure Design Lead - Abu Dhabi

As a Senior Projects Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of Roads, Infrastructure, Landscaping, and masterplan projects in Abu Dhabi.About This Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a proactive Senior Projects Manager. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing the design delivery of Roads, Infrastructure, Landscaping, and masterplan projects in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities Lead the design team in the development of all aspects of infrastructure design services.Manage the design process from concept to completion up to Tender stage.Oversight of the design process done by the Design Consultants even post contract to ensure compliance with all Authorities' requirements and standards.Create and manage design briefs and timelines.Monitor and control the design briefs and timelines.Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.Present design to stakeholders.Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.Ideally 20 years design management experience in Roads and infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 15 years.Design review and management of infrastructure, masterplan, roads, bridges projects within a Consulting environment.Extensive experience in Design Management and Project Management of Master plans and mixed-use development in the MENA region.Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project.Knowledge of Primavera and Autodesk Civil 3D, Esri GIS, Bentley software.Organized and self-motivated.Prior experience leading projects in Abu Dhabi is required.Prior experience in leading multi-discipline teams and facing clients.What We Offer We value diversity and inclusion at our organization.
