The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the spa, providing excellent guest/customer service, and supporting both guests and colleagues. Handle reservations, manage the front desk, provide customer service, and maintain the spa's cleanliness and organization. Assist with inventory management, promote spa services, and support financial tasks. Ensure smooth administration of Chi The Spa to the standard required by the hotel. Coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming emails, and other administrative duties. Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times. Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel. Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual and electronic.
