Description

In this role, you will be responsible for budget planning, risk analysis, tender management, vendor negotiations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will work cross-functionally with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure commercial integrity and drive project success from pre-award to contract close-out. Client Details A semi-government entity in Dubai. Description * Lead the full contract life-cycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closure. * Issue inquiries, evaluate bids, and manage tendering and award processes. * Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence. * Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and prepare bills of quantities. * Assess contractor claims, variations, and ensure timely and accurate payments. * Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (civil, MEP, etc.) to evaluate material requirements and procurement strategies. * Perform risk analysis and ensure all contracts comply with legal and internal policy standards. * Generate reports for management to track progress, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. * Ensure financial and contractual integrity in all project transactions and documentation.
