Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 experienced real estate agents to meet sales targets. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a senior sales role. Proven success in managing a high-performing real estate sales team. Ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships. Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with CRM software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office. Valid real estate license as per local regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
