Check all wood elements (benches, seating, fences) for safety and hygiene. Inspect heater & control panels: test thermostats, timers, cut-off switches, high-limit switches, and knobs. Examine electrical wiring, connections, and identify any burnouts or shorts. Inspect and clean ventilation ducts, drains, and air grates. Test lighting and ensure sufficient visibility and safety. Clean and disinfect all surfaces prone to mold/bacterial growth. Verify heater systems for signs of corrosion, burnt elements, or overheating. Apply lubrication to door hinges and moving parts to avoid rust or stiffness. Remove dust, debris, and buildup from motors, vents, and control circuits. Spare Parts & Consumables Policy PPM Consumables: Included in AMC Spare Parts: Quoted separately as per actual need and approved by HOAM before replacement. Contractor shall maintain a reasonable stock of essential spares. Safety & Compliance Vendor staff must wear uniforms, gloves, masks, and proper PPE. Vendor is solely liable for employee injuries sustained during the service. Reporting Requirements Submit signed report after each PPM, detailing inspections, observations, corrective actions, and pending items (if any).
