Position Title: Application / Software Engineer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client A large multinational company based in Sharjah, specializing in defense, smart city solutions, and cybersecurity engineering services. Responsibilities Manage system updates, change requests, and operational support in coordination with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors related to software. Lead and coordinate Java-based backend development and change requests. Manage ongoing support, patches, and troubleshooting for existing applications. Assist in testing and deployment of software updates and enhancements. Qualifications 25 – 40 years old Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years experience in IT project coordination, Java backend system management, or managed services.
