Fire And Life Safety Engineer Consultant Hospitality Job Overview Fire & Life Safety Engineer / Consultant will be a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong analytical and creative thinking skills to manage diverse projects workload across the Middle East. This will be a client facing role and therefore a solid technical understanding along with excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. In this role, you will demonstrate experience and passion in Code Consulting, Performance Based Design, and Fire Protection System Design while handling a complex portfolio of fire and life safety projects across varied sectors including high-rise buildings, commercial centers, bridges, stadiums, and others.Responsibilities Responsible for key Jensen Hughes projects across the Middle East region for various Fire and Life safety projects primarily in the hospitality sector.Conducting code consulting, fire safety drawing reviews, and reports.Attending client project & design meetings, managing project expectations, and completing the assigned tasks on schedule and within budget.Preparation and presentation of technical reports.Lead and carry out design reviews, participate in Business Development meetings, and assist in developing effective business proposals and solutions.Travel extensively (over 50%) to support hospitality meetings, workshops, and inspections.Qualifications And Other Requirements Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Fire Safety Engineering.Relevant experience in Code consulting and developing performance-based strategies in a project design environment.5+ years of experience in Fire engineering.Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present clear and technically sound fire engineering strategies, speak publicly, negotiate, and explain fire protection concepts while enforcing standards and building relationships.Able to work independently and as part of a team, enjoying professional challenges, and committed to the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes.Strong Project Management capabilities and understanding of Project Financials.Why you should join Jensen Hughes You will work on exciting, challenging, and innovative projects with market-leading clients, supported by a leading international firm.
