For our internal projects, we are looking for a: Recruiting Team Lead.MISSION: Experienced and strategic Recruiting Team Lead to lead and manage our recruitment function in the dynamic and technical Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of top-quality candidates within defined timelines and commercial expectations.TASKS: Lead, mentor, and manage the internal recruitment team to achieve departmental hiring targets and commercial goals.Define job descriptions and detailed candidate specifications in alignment with business and client needs.Source, attract, and identify prospective candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and recruitment platforms.Conduct confidential and professional interviews, assessing both technical competencies and cultural fit.Propose shortlisted candidates in accordance with client deadlines and internal standards.Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality and compliance with client expectations.Execute recruitment-related activities in line with company strategy, budgetary constraints, and managerial directives.Provide weekly/monthly reports and status updates to the commercial team on active recruitment efforts and pipeline developments.Strong understanding of UAE labor laws in all recruitment practices, including contract structuring, offer issuance, visa processing, and onboarding.Act as the key liaison between recruitment and internal teams (e.g., Commercial, HR, Operations), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is a strong advantage.Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Oil & Gas industry.In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with GCC countries, with a focus on UAE labor law, including recruitment procedures, onboarding, employment contracts, visa processes, and legal compliance.Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and HR analytics platforms.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong communication skills with fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken.OTHER DETAILS: Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.Contract Duration: Full time.Starting date: ASAP.Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
