Built for scale and regulatory compliance, their digital-first approach is backed by leading experts in medicine, AI, and technology.Position Overview : As the Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering scalable and secure digital health platforms. You’ll oversee the engineering function, manage multi-vendor development teams, and establish best practices across architecture, Dev Ops, and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position, perfect for a senior technologist who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and cloud-native platforms.Establish and enforce development best practices, code quality standards, and documentation protocols.Manage cross-functional vendor teams across engineering, QA, design, and product.Drive Dev Ops automation, CI / CD pipeline optimization, and environment stability.Oversee monitoring, performance tuning, and production support for mission-critical systems.Ensure platform security and compliance with regional and international data protection laws.Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategy with business and product roadmaps.Continuously assess and integrate new technologies to support innovation and scalability.Requirements : 10+ years of hands-on technical experience, including leadership of complex engineering teams.Proven expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Dev Ops, microservices, and secure architecture.Strong experience managing vendors and remote development teams in regulated sectors.Deep understanding of system architecture, software design patterns, and delivery in agile environments.Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.How to Apply : If you’re a technically accomplished leader ready to make an impact in the future of health, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now through Think Talent.Note : This role is part of a confidential hiring process.
