The Executive Chef has a broad-based knowledge of mutli-cultural cuisines to include Mediterranean (Spanish, French, Italian, Greek), British, American and Australian, Middle East and Asian. The Executive chef has a real passion for food and trying new ingredients and dishes and has mastered all culinary techniques. He/she constantly wants to exceed expectations and finds satisfaction in leading and teaching junior staff.
