Role The Assessment and Data Analyst Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of the school's assessment systems and data analytics. This role supports academic performance by providing students and leadership with meaningful insights derived from student performance data, aligning assessment practices with the American curriculum, and fostering a culture of data-informed instruction.Responsibilities include: Leadership in Assessment & Instructional Alignment Data Management, Analysis, and Reporting Assessment Coordination and MAP reporting Professional Development and Capacity Building Digital Tools and Innovation Collaboration and Strategic Planning Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in education or a bachelor's degree with a teaching qualification from a recognized university (mandatory).Preferred: M.Ed., ideally in Educational Leadership or equivalent.Essential Experience A minimum of five years teaching experience.A minimum of five years of experience as a school Assessment Coordinator.Proven leadership and management skills with a history of improving achievement.Demonstrated ability to manage change and implement new initiatives.ICT Requirements Minimum Microsoft Educator Certificate (or similar).Experience using Interactive White Boards (IWB).Proficiency in MS Office Suite and online learning software such as MS Teams and Zoom.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
