Successful applicants will undergo background checks, including references, qualification verification, identification, and police checks, including overseas checks.Job Purpose: The ECP Coordinator ensures the school offers diverse extracurricular opportunities at Raha that align with the school’s Mission, Vision, and IB programmes. They oversee programme coherence, communication, and staff accountability. The coordinator also supports organising local and international field trips as part of the Memorable Experiences Programme.Key Accountabilities: Coordinate offerings and sign-ups for teacher-led ECPs and Committees, including setup on Schools Buddy, balancing term offerings, ensuring space availability, supporting resource procurement, and informing parents via Raha Reminders.Ensure teachers meet ECP contractual requirements.Liaise with the Athletics and Performing Arts Directors regarding departmental programmes each term.Collaborate with external ECP providers to ensure activities complement the IB curriculum and align with the school’s mission and vision, expanding ECP coverage.Coordinate and obtain ADEK approval for ECPs, including external trips and visiting individuals.Develop and share policy guidelines for students and parents as needed.Ensure ECP providers comply with school policies, including Schools Buddy use, registration, risk assessments, ADEK approval, and staff and student expectations.Manage Schools Buddy to facilitate sharing of information, calendars, events, and ECP offerings with the school community.Present ECP and trip opportunities to parents, students, and staff, in coordination with Service as Action and CAS programmes.Work with communications to promote ECP programmes via social media and Raha Reminders.Coordinate facilities and equipment scheduling for ECPs with relevant faculties and external providers.Ensure adherence to RIS ECP and External Trip policies, ADEK, and Mo E protocols by all providers, holding them accountable.Maintain risk assessments and safety audits for all external trips and activities, reviewing regularly.Book and schedule external sports providers to support ECP and non-academic sports programmes.Support campus after-hours in case of programme issues, parent workshops, or information sessions.Assist admin staff with contracts related to uniforms, catering, and other ECP/trip needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
